On May 10/11 the schauspielfabrik berlin hosted an acting workshop. There was dancing, jumping, shouting, singing, laughing, with great enthusiasm and lots of fun. Many thanks to all participants for this inspiring workshop!

For his role as Gero in SAD JOKES, Godehard Giese wins the Lola for Best Supporting Actor in Fabian Stumm’s tragicomedy SAD JOKES, co-produced by die schauspielfabrik berlin. We are overjoyed and congratulate him wholeheartedly on this well-deserved award.

As part of the IETM (International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts) festival, schauspielfabrik alumni Marilyn Nova White will give a lecture titled “Maled It: Drag Kings, Gender Performance and New Narratives.”
